"Thank you so much to Asa and Hugo for the most amazing two days in Alesund!! Your apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children and their girlfriends. Your communication was quick, so kind and accurate. We took your recommendation and went to the Svai spa which we all loved. One night we ate the best sushi we’ve ever had thanks to your wonderful recommendation. The best was being able to do take out and have a lovely family meal at your gorgeous table for 6!! We could walk to the tours we booked and the gorgeous downtown!! Anyone considering this place do not hesitate to book...it’s the absolute best!! It was so clean and everything was top quality!!"

"What a beautiful apartment, right in the middle of Ålesund! Modern, clean and completely stocked with everything you might need. Ålesund has quite a few chic restaurants; we especially enjoyed meals at Le Sund and Apotekergata No. 5. Hugo and Aasa are excellent hosts!"

"Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Ålesund. Hosts have done a great job anticipating the needs of their guests. Cookware, Nespresso with coffee pods, washer and dryer with soap, hairdryer, plenty of towels, WiFi, TV, umbrellas, view of the water from the living room, wine fridge, closets with convenient storage, and so much more. Outstanding communication from hosts. Highly recommend this apartment and the hosts! Tips for Americans - the apartment is on what we call the 3rd floor (Norwegians call it the 2nd), you will need to carry your bags up the stairs as there is no elevator. The dryer has a tank for water it removes from the clothes and it must be emptied or the dryer will stop working. Apartment is beautiful, clean, and we'd love to visit again!"

"Our stay in Hugo's appartment was nothing short of exceptional. The place sets new standards both for airbnbs and for one's home. It is furnished with outstanding taste, the kitchen is more than professional and the appliances are brand new. Additionally, Hugo was very welcoming and helpful. Truly a wonderful experience and highly recommended!"

"Hugo met us there 2 hours early personally to show us the unit. He rightfully is very proud of his beautiful remodel which is immaculately clean and spacious. He had bottles of wine and cider as gifts for us and sodas in the refrigerator. Fully stocked kitchen. Up to date appliances including a washer and dryer. Nespresso machine with a huge supply of coffee pods. The unit itself is in a beautiful building overlooking the water, across the street from a 5 star hotel. It is one of the most beautiful buildings in Ålesund, and one of the first built after the 1904 fire. I got a kick every morning looking down to the street at tourists taking pictures of "our" house! Hugo answered several questions with instant text responses and gave us excellent dining referrals as well. A great host for a perfect unit."
